5. Is there a limit on the funds I can transfer thru Sendwise ?

There is no limit to the amount that can be remitted. It is however mandatory to send us the identity documents as per the current requirement of our business. It is applicable to all customers irrespective of country of residence. If the amount remitted is over £ 3,500, then we would also require a purpose letter for the transfer. 

6. To which locations in India can money be transferred ?
Sendwise.com can transfer the funds to any location in India electronically. The funds will be credited to the receiver’s account. It is important to give us the accurate information of the receiver’s bank details to avoid any delay in the transfer process. . .
7. How long does it take for the funds to be credited into the recipient account?
The Sendwise commitment for receipt of funds into the recipient’s bank account is 3 days from the date of transaction or even earlier in some cases.
8. What information do I need to provide at the time of requesting for transfer or placing the order ?
The important information that we require to effect the transfers are : 1. Account holder’s name, A/c number and type of A/c held with the bank in India. ( For example Savings account, current A/c etc ) 2. Name of the bank and Full address of the bank branch 3. IFS Code ( This is the Indian Financial System code that is unique to every bank branch where the account is held ) This information will be available with the recipient bank branch.    
9. How safe is it to use credit card on the site ?

 The important thing to remember is that every time you hand over your card in a shop or a restaurant, you are running a statistically higher risk of misuse than you are when you type your details over the internet. 10. How soon should I place a Gifts order for delivery on a specified date ?
For Gifts orders, we request that the order be placed at least a week in advance to enable us to schedule the delivery on time and as per the date requested by you. Also don’t forget to choose the ‘delivery date’ while placing the order, in case you wish to have the order delivered on a specific date. Note that the default date is the date on which you are placing the order.
