3. Is there a limit on how much money I can send?
In any single transaction, you cannot remit more than USD 1500. As per regulatory laws, you cannot remit more than USD 15,000 per financial quarter (three months) to the same recipient. A UK customer can send upto GBP 800 in a single transaction and GBP 1600 per day. A customer in UK cannot remit more than GBP 8000 per financial quarter ( three months ) to the same recipient.
4. Where in India can the Gifts or Money be sent?
Sendwise.com will deliver the draft to any location in India., The bank draft will be made payable in the city of residence of the recipient to minimise the clearance time.
5. How long will it take to deliver the draft ?

The Sendwise commitment of delivery in metro locations is usually 24hrs. To other non metro cities, it is 2 to 3 working days.  In places where the courier service is not available, we despatch by registered post. Please allow us additional working days for delivery by registered post. Our office very closely monitors the delivery of these drafts and upon delivery, a confirmation mail will be sent out to you. 
6. Is it necessary for me or the recipient to have an account with you or Canara Bank?
No, neither you nor your recipient need to have an account with us or Canara Bank in India. An Indian Rupee draft drawn on Canara Bank will be sent to your recipient and he/she can deposit this into his/her bank account. However it is mandatory that your recipient has a bank account in India.
7. How long does it take for the money to be credited into the recipient account?
The draft is made payable to the branch that is provided by you. You will have to ensure that this is  the same city/ town where your recipient is residing so that the clearance does not take any longer than two working days.
8. How can I avail the best exchange rate ?
The exchange rate that you see on the website is the rate that is applicable to your transaction. The exchange rate is updated on the site once,  every morning at 10:00 am GMT.  Please note that the Friday exchange rate is applicable till Monday 10.00 am GMT 
9. What is the best time to place an order ?

 Sendwise usually processes the orders at 14: 30 hrs GMT. Any order received before this time will be processed on the same day. Order received after 14:30 hrs GMT  will be taken up for processing the next day. 

However for mithais orders, we request that the order be received at least three days in advance to enable us to schedule the delivery on time and to ensure that only the freshest sweets are despatched directly from the factory . If you would like to schedule an order on a specific day,  please send us an e- mail after placing the order  to atyourservice@sendwise.com
10. I am worried about typing in my card details - couldn't any hacker get them?
The important thing to remember is that every time you hand over your card in a shop or a restaurant, you are running a statistically higher risk of misuse than you are when you type your details over the internet. We use encryption technology to scramble data as it passes across the Internet and the site itself does not store credit card details even for an instant.
